Yummy & Crispy Khas Khas (Poppy Seed) Cutlets








Ingredients


1/2 cup poppy seed (khas khas)
5-6 cloves of garlic
1nch ginger
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
½ spoon turmeric powder
½ spoon chilli powder
2-3 table spoon gram flour (besan)
Oil for frying




Method




  • Take poppy seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies together and make a fine paste.
  • Now add gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to the paste.
  • Mix them well.
  • Heat oil in a pan. When the oil gets heated pour the paste in small quantities as we make alu tikkis.
  • Roast them well from both the sides till they become crispy and golden brown in colour.
  • Serve hot with rice.
