Ingredients
2 cups semolina (suji)
2 table spoon ghee (clarified butter)
2 cardamoms
1 bay leaf (tej patta)
Roasted cashew nuts
Suger as per taste
1 cup water
Method
Heat ghee or oil in a kadhai and add bay leaf and cardamoms.
Add the semolina and keep stirring till they become little golden brown in color
Do not burn the semolina.
Now add sugar and stir till d suger gets melts.
Add water in very small quantities and keep stirring.
Now add the roasted dry fruits of your choice.
Tasty delicious suji ka halwa is ready to serve.
