Spicy Kadhai Paneer








Ingredients


200gm paneer cut into small cubes
2 table spoon oil
flakes of garlic
2 tbsp readymade tomato puree
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
¾ tsp red chilli powder, or to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 capsicum (cut into thin long strips)


Method

  • In a dish add oil and garlic. Micro high uncovered for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  • Add capsicum. Mix. Micro high uncovered for 3 minutes.
  • Add paneer. Mix well. Keep aside.
  • At serving time, Micro high covered for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
