Recipe of Banana fritters



Ingredients

6 number Bananas
300 ml milk
200 grams self-raising flour
30 grams sugar
Pinch of Cinnamon powder
3 tsp baking powder
1 number egg
1 pinch Grated nutmeg
1 number Grated zest of 1 lemon
Hot oil for frying

Method


  • Peel bananas and cut in half.
  • Prepare the batter, using the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg and milk then set aside for an hour.
  • Flavour with grated lemon zest, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Dip the pieces of banana into the batter, making sure they are well-covered, then fry in oil for a few minutes until golden.
