Recipe of Hot Lamb Masala




Ingredients

15 black pepper corns
3 cardamoms
1 cinnamon
8 Cloves
½ tsp cumin seeds
10 curry leaves
1 piece Ginger, finely sliced
1kg Lamb, chicken or beef
4 tbsp Oil
2 large Onion
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
Whole coriander to taste
30 Whole red chilli

Method

  • Cut the lamb into small pieces and clean well.
  • Roast  ingredients black pepper, cardomoms, cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds,red chillies with out oil until brown. Powder this with turmeric powder.
  • Mix well this masala powder, lamb, ginger, curry leaves and salt with hand. Add needed water and cook until there is no water.
  • The masala must be well coated with the lamb.
  • Slice onion thinly. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and stirr fry util golden brown.
  • Add the cooked lamb masala to this and stirr well for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice, chapatti, naan or paranthas.
