Ingredients
1-2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
10 slices pepperidge farm bread
2 cloves garlic
¼ number ginger
7-10 green chillies
Method
- Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic together.
- Soak bread in water.
- Squeeze out excess water, and transfer it into a clean bowl.
- Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of grated mozarella cheese, and then add ginger, garlic chillie paste and salt.
- Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil over medium heat.
