Mozzarella Cheese Balls Recipe




Ingredients

1-2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
10 slices pepperidge farm bread
2 cloves garlic
¼ number ginger
7-10 green chillies

Method

  • Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic together.
  • Soak bread in water.
  • Squeeze out excess water, and transfer it into a clean bowl.
  • Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of grated mozarella cheese, and then add ginger, garlic chillie paste and salt.
  • Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil over medium heat.
