Ground Nut Chutney







Ingredients


1 cup roasted peanuts (peel the outer thin skin by rubbing between palms)
4 green chillies
1 medium size tomato
6-7 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves


For Tadka


½ teaspoon mustard seeds
1 table spoon oil
Curry leaves
Dry red chillies




Method


·   Take d peanuts, green chillies tomato, garlic cloves, salt and coriander leaves.
·   Grind all d ingredients together and make a paste out of it.
·   For tadka take tadka pan pour oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies. Sauté well and pour it on chutney.
·   Serve with idli, dosa, stuffed paranthas etc as chutney.
