Bread Egg Pakora







Ingredients


6 eggs
½ teaspoon of chilli powder
½ tea spoon of coriander powder (optional)
Chopped coriander leaves
4 tablespoon of milk
Salt to taste
Bread slices
½ teaspoon of sugar (optional)
Oil or butter for frying


Method


Take the eggs chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, milk, salt, sugar in a bowl and beat it well. Mix thoroughly.
Now cut the bread slices into two equal halves diagonally or vertically.
Heat 4 teaspoon oil or butter in a non stick pan (if non stick pan is used less oil would be required)
Dip d bread slices in batter and coat them well.
Now fry d slices well till it becomes little golden brown in colour.
Repeat the procedure for slices as well.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander and pudiney ki chutney.
