Ingredients
Chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
2 cups Fresh green peas
4 cups fresh bottom mushrooms
3 Garlic- (crushed)
1 Ginger- small piece (grated)
1 Large onion(chopped)
1 Medium sized tomato (chopped)
1 Mustard seeds
Oil for frying
1 Red chili powder
Salt to taste
¼ Turmeric powder
½ Urad dhal
Method
- Heat oil in wide pan, add mustard, cumin seeds, split black gram and curry leaves.
- When it pops add onions and ginger garlic paste .
- Fry them until golden and crisp.
- Add chopped tomatoes along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Add chopped button mushrooms.
- Fry until the masala turns brown and thick and the mushroom gets cooked.
- Now add the green peas and cook for few minutes until becomes soft and just tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
