Recipe of Masala Fried Fish




Ingredients

3 tbsp coriander seeds
1tbsp cumin seeds
500gm fish pieces (boneless)
Oil to fry
8 whole red chilies
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric

 Method

  • Clean the fish pieces in water, apply turmeric,salt and lemon juice to these pieces
  • Roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds in a pan without oil and make a paste in a blender using little water.
  • Apply this paste to the fish pieces.
  • In a wide skillet (kadhai), heat some oil and fry the fish pieces on both sides until brown.
  • Garnish with salad or onion slices.
  • Serve hot with plain rice or can be used as a evening snack.
