Ingredients
2 cup boiled penne pasta
½ cup finely chopped spring onions
¼ cup finley chopped capsicum
¼ cup finley chopped carrot
salt to taste to taste
½ tsp white pipper
Method
- Heat a large pan of water.
- Add 2 table spoons of oil and dash of salt to it.Bring to the boil.
- When the water starts boiling add the pasta to it.
- Let it cook on medium flame till the pasta becomes soft,but still firm.
- Mix the inggredients for the dressing to make a smooth paste.
- Mix the ingredients for the salad and pour the dressing over it.
- Toss well.
- serve chilled.
