Ingredient
2 large chopped onion
Chopped coriander leaves.
to taste
3 chopped green chilli
1 chopped tomato
½ tsp cummin seed
6 eggs
2 garlic cloves chopped
3 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
Method
- Heat ghee and fry the onion until golden brown.
- Add cummin seed, chilli, garlic, turmeric powder and salt and saute for a minute or two.
- Mix in tomato and saute for another minute.
- Lightly beat the eggs and add to the above mixture.
- Scramble.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately on toast.
