Ingredients:
- 7 to 10 - eggs
- 1/2 cup - milk
- 12 - big bread slices
- 50 to 160 g - butter
- 4 to 5 tbsp - butter
- 1 tsp - pepper
- Add salt to taste
Method
- Break the eggs in a bowl. Mix them lightly.
- Heat the butter in a sauce pan on a low flame. Add the eggs and milk.
- Saute till the mixture thickens and fluffs up.
- The scramble is ready. Switch off the gas.
- Add some salt and mix well. Toast the bread slices. Apply butter.
- Heat spoonful of the scramble on the toast and sprinkle pepper on it.
- Serve hot.
