Scrambled Eggs On Toast


  Ingredients:
  •              7 to 10 - eggs
  •              1/2 cup - milk
  •              12 - big bread slices
  •              50 to 160 g - butter
  •              4 to 5 tbsp - butter
  •              1 tsp - pepper
  •              Add salt to taste
Method
  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Mix them lightly.
  • Heat the butter in a sauce pan on a low flame. Add the eggs and milk.
  • Saute till the mixture thickens and fluffs up.
  • The scramble is ready. Switch off the gas.
  • Add some salt and mix well. Toast the bread slices. Apply butter.
  • Heat spoonful of the scramble on the toast and sprinkle pepper on it.
  • Serve hot.
